- 1/2 teaspoon chile powder (substitue ancho chile powder if you want more kick)
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons canola oil( substitute what you wish if you don’t like to use canola oil)

- wisk
- 1 gallon resealable plastic bag
Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lime juice can sub your favorite form of citrus for different taste
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- ½ tsp chile powder substitute ancho chile powder if you want more kick
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp canola oil substitute what you wish if you don’t like to use canola oil
Instructions
- add 1/2 cup olive oil in a large bowl
- add 1/4 cup lime juice
- add 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- add 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- add 1/2 teaspoon chile powder
- add 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- add 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- add 2 tablespoons canola oil
- Wisk it all together. check to see if all mixed
- place in 1 gallon resealable bag along with your skirt steak and place in refrigerator
